Medicare Sales Field Agent - CarePlus Pinellas/West Pasco County (Medicare)

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida; must reside in Pinellas or West Pasco County. This is a remote, field-based role involving in-home visits, community events, and occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings.

Pay range: $31,800–$123,800 per year, including base pay and targeted commission.

What you will do

• Educate individuals about hirify.global Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Build trust through face-to-face conversations, in-home visits, community events, and grassroots marketing.
• Generate sales independently, meet performance goals, and expand hirify.global’s presence in the local market.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for prospective members in the community.
• Attend member appointments and events that may take place during evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Active health insurance license required.
• Must reside in Pinellas or West Pasco County.
• Availability for daily face-to-face interactions in members’ homes, at community events, and in local organizations or retail environments.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance required.
• Attendance during the first five weeks of employment and training is mandatory.
• Ability to work variable appointment and event times, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
• Experience selling Medicare products.
• Public speaking or group presentation experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience; bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
