Senior IT Analyst (.NET)

Location: Onsite five days a week in Mossville or Peoria, Illinois, United States; ideal location is Mossville, IL.

Salary: $112,710–$183,140 per year.

What you will do

• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs and complex application modules.
• Configure and customize purchased software solutions for business needs.
• Integrate internally developed systems with purchased applications, including enterprise engineering platforms.
• Evaluate software changes and resolve application and technical issues affecting reliability and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with users and senior technical staff to diagnose issues, address customer requests, and deliver application support.
• Lead application modernization initiatives, improve support processes, and establish reusable low-code development standards and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on application development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET and JavaScript, with experience in software design, development, testing, debugging, and support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, planning, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, APIs, Java frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring, and authentication protocols including OAuth2.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Illinois; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Teamcenter, and SAP integrations.
• Low-code/no-code enterprise application development experience.
• Experience migrating or modernizing .NET applications to low-code platforms.
• Experience reducing application support costs through consolidation and modernization.
