Audit Senior - M&D

Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Plan, supervise, and perform financial statement audits from planning through completion.
• Build client relationships and develop a detailed understanding of client businesses.
• Evaluate internal controls, accounting systems, procedures, and processes, then recommend improvements.
• Prepare financial statements, audit reports, budgets, cash flow analyses, and special reports.
• Manage open issues, engagement budgets, economics, timelines, and productivity.
• Teach, mentor, delegate work to, and provide feedback to audit staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of recent public accounting experience.
• CPA certification or significant progress toward certification.
• Ability to prepare or review a complete set of financial statements.
• Strong oral and written communication, listening, analytical, problem-solving, time management, and work management skills.
