Audit Senior Associate (Banking)

What you will do

• Provide audit, assurance, and consulting services to banking clients as part of an engagement team.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and resolve questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Evaluate internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Managers and Partners and support the development of team members.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and eligibility for professional licensure.
• Three or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a public accounting firm.
• Required banking experience, including public banking experience.
• CPA preferred or active pursuit of the CPA examination.
• Strong time management, communication, relationship-building, collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
