Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Onsite at 111 Jennings Way, Watsonville, CA 95076, United States. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee assigned warehouse functions and ensure work is accurate, efficient, safe, and completed on time.
• Lead daily start-up meetings, review labor availability, adjust staffing, monitor order progress, and communicate risks or recovery plans.
• Coach employees and Team Leaders through regular check-ins, performance feedback, development plans, corrective action, and cross-training.
• Build and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, databases, and reporting tools for productivity, labor utilization, accuracy, attendance, rework, and completion metrics.
• Analyze operational trends, identify root causes, track action plans, and implement measurable process improvements.
• Maintain SOPs, train employees on procedures and safety requirements, and support cross-functional warehouse coverage and business continuity.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced pick-and-pack environment and 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of shipping warehouse management systems, handheld devices, paperless systems, and custom labeling.
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
• Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience handling employee performance and disciplinary processes.
• Ability to work safely and recognize hazards in a noisy warehouse with heavy equipment in motion; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
