Power Generation Project Manager (Power Generation)

Location: United States, with positions in Dallas, Round Rock, Fort Worth, Little Rock, Austin, Metairie, San Antonio, Baton Rouge, Houston, Lafayette, and Tulsa

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary power generation and Owner's Engineer projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, scope changes, deliverables, quality, and profitability.
• Coordinate engineering disciplines and provide technical and contractual support for detailed design.
• Build and maintain client relationships, support business development, and manage proposals.
• Develop scopes of work, review contract terms, assess risks, and administer change orders.
• Lead quality reviews and mentor project team members on project management and consulting practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 7 years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years in project management.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the position location, such as a PE or P.Eng.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, planning, organizational, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work in one of the listed United States locations.

Nice to have

• 10 years of relevant utility-scale power project management experience.
• Texas PE license or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• Business development and strategic planning experience.
• Experience with Adobe and other relevant software.
