Engineering Project Manager (Product Development)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional new product development projects from concept through launch.
• Drive execution against schedule, cost, quality, and scope objectives.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product Management to deliver new products and technology integrations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while leading contingency planning.
• Influence sourcing, make-versus-buy, logistics, and supplier selection decisions.
• Improve product development and new product introduction processes by sharing lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in engineering, project engineering, brand or product management, or new product development.
• At least 3 years of project management experience leading cross-functional, international project teams.
• Experience balancing resources, timelines, quality, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Understanding of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, finance, sales, and marketing considerations in product development.
• Strong communication, team-building, leadership, influence, and problem-solving skills.
