Director - Enterprise Architecture & Digital Enablement

Location: Greenville, South Carolina, United States. Regular travel by car and possible flights to other office locations, meetings, training, and events is required.

What you will do

• Establish and lead the enterprise architecture function, technology roadmap, architecture standards, reference architectures, and governance processes.
• Drive application rationalization, process simplification, platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and long-term technology sustainability.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technology capabilities, business cases, measurable outcomes, and value realization plans.
• Establish solution design and architecture review practices while advising product owners, project managers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Develop architecture patterns for data, integrations, automation, analytics, and AI using Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Fabric, Copilot, APIs, and integration platforms.
• Mentor technical resources, lead vendor and partner discussions, and build architecture capabilities without direct supervisory responsibility.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and building architecture capabilities or functions.
• Strong background in enterprise applications, integrations, modernization, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience partnering directly with executives and business leaders and influencing without formal authority.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Fabric, Copilot, and modern SaaS ecosystems.
• Ability to work in the Greenville, South Carolina office environment and travel regularly as required.
