MTX Tech Sr. Specialist (Electrical Power)

What you will do

• Monitor and manage MTX activities, including power operations, installations, expansions, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Guide technology contractors through installation and implementation processes in technical rooms.
• Ensure acceptance procedures, project schedules, technical-room access, and work orders comply with hirify.global standards.
• Supervise maintenance activities and field teams troubleshooting infrastructure equipment alarms.
• Ensure power availability, redundancy, safe stock levels, network resilience, and compliance with health and safety rules.
• Mentor technicians, support energy-management initiatives, resolve field problems, and operate according to company security policies.

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Power Engineering.
• Knowledge of electromechanical equipment and experience with technical installations and standards.
• Technical proficiency with computer applications and management systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, supervision, organization, and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in uncomfortable conditions while delivering reliable results.
