Project Manager / Architect (Higher Education)

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States; office-based duties are expected, with possible travel or co/location.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of academic buildings, research facilities, student life spaces, and campus infrastructure.
• Manage projects from programming through construction administration, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and mentor project architects and designers.
• Serve as a primary client contact and lead presentations, workshops, and design discussions with university stakeholders.
• Support higher education business development through proposals, interviews, pursuit strategies, and industry events.
• Contribute to studio leadership, staffing, workflow, professional development, and practice strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant architecture experience.
• College degree from a NAAB-accredited program.
• Professional registration.
• Experience leading architectural projects and maintaining owner relationships.
• Ability to coordinate and participate in client meetings, communicate with project teams, and maintain architectural design and production standards.
• Ability to work in or around the Atlanta office, with regular attendance and possible travel or co/location.
