Provider Quality Liaison (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid position; must reside in Nevada, with preference for Southern Nevada. Travel as needed.

Pay range: $19.43–$32.98 per hour.

What you will do

• Engage with plan providers regarding quality initiatives and key clinical and member experience performance indicators.
• Share HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS, Part D, and Administrative Operations reports and gap lists.
• Educate provider practices on quality measures, medical record documentation, and member experience requirements.
• Identify performance barriers, develop action plans, and coordinate quality improvement interventions across Medicare, Medicaid, and Ambetter products.
• Maintain provider relationships through regular meetings and collaborate with Provider Relations and other provider-facing teams.
• Conduct telephonic member outreach to encourage physician visits and close quality care gaps.

Requirements

• Must reside in Nevada; Southern Nevada residence is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience with clinical and member experience quality.
• Experience with HEDIS, provider engagement, and healthcare quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel may be needed.
• Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, LVN, LPN, or Social Work licensure is preferred.
