Telephonic Quality Outreach Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with two days per week in the office.

Salary: $48,300–$65,300 per year.

What you will do

• Conduct telephonic outreach to close HEDIS care gaps for the Medicaid pediatric population.
• Identify barriers to care, including scheduling and transportation challenges, and help members access primary care.
• Provide vaccine awareness and preventive health education based on Bright Futures and EPSDT guidelines.
• Coordinate services, benefits, and community resources to support member wellness and self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with quality improvement professionals and other departments to improve HEDIS outcomes.

Requirements

• Unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse license in Oklahoma.
• At least two years of technical experience.
• Prior experience in an insurance or healthcare setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with two office days per week in Oklahoma City.
• Commitment to improving consumer experiences.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Experience coordinating services, care needs, or benefits for Medicaid members.
• Experience with HEDIS measures or quality performance metrics.
• Remote or telephonic outreach experience.
• Knowledge of community health, social service agencies, and community resources.
