Market Director (Environmental Consulting)

Location: Greenville, South Carolina, United States; reports to the Greenville office and focuses on the Southeast region.

Salary: USD $72,009.60–$178,027.20 per year, plus potential participation in an annual discretionary bonus program.

What you will do

• Lead team selling of more than $1.5M in annual net revenue from environmental compliance, engineering, and remediation services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial, manufacturing, corporate, and government clients.
• Develop proposals, review RFQs, and support strategic pursuits and client meetings.
• Expand hirify.global’s service offerings and delivery footprint across the Southeast.
• Work with project managers to deliver responsive, high-quality environmental services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 20 years of professional experience.
• Proven client development experience in environmental consulting, engineering, or environmental construction management.
• Established client network in the Southeast and extensive experience with manufacturing and industrial clients.
• Demonstrated success selling and delivering environmental compliance, investigation, and remediation services.
• Strong business development, project management, communication, presentation, and proposal preparation skills.

• Staff management or operational experience.
