Focus on translating regulatory changes into reporting requirements, designing scalable digital solutions, and improving data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Location: Major Johnson & Johnson locations in EMEA, including Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden, and the UAE. Up to 5% domestic or international travel required.
Salary: €42,100–€67,505 base pay annually, plus an annual bonus and location-dependent benefits.

What you will do
- Lead transparency reporting activities across assigned EMEA markets, including preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission of disclosures.
- Maintain reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit-readiness activities, and remediation plans.
- Monitor transparency regulations and industry codes, translating changes into actionable reporting and process requirements.
- Design and implement process, system, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements with technology and business stakeholders.
- Develop analytics and visualizations to identify compliance risks, trends, and operational improvement opportunities.
- Create process documentation and deliver training, workshops, and educational materials for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in health care compliance or a related compliance, regulatory, quality, or finance function.
- Strong analytical, communication, influencing, prioritization, and process-improvement skills.
- Experience with databases, reporting tools, quantitative analysis, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
- Ability to work from a listed EMEA location and travel domestically or internationally up to 5% of the time.
Nice to have
- Certification in compliance, risk management, data analytics, project management, or process excellence.
- Pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience.
- Experience with transparency disclosures such as EFPIA, MedTech Europe, CMS Open Payments, or local reporting requirements.
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar tools.
