What you will do

• Monitor inventory tracking and coordinate the transportation, inspection, and maintenance of new and existing molds.
• Manage external contractors and equipment-related orders.
• Review corporate equipment specifications, coordinate activities in the EFLTC system, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support equipment budgets and ensure new products and equipment are received, developed, tested, and released according to requirements.
• Monitor new tire performance after release and support production in resolving equipment-related quality and waste issues.
• Participate in Focused Improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least two years of experience in new product industrialization or product development equipment processes in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, DMAIC, Six Sigma, SPC, 8D, and Fishbone methodologies.
• Experience with project planning, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in MS Office is required, while SAP knowledge is advantageous.
