What you will do
- Perform hardware safety analyses for automotive ECUs, inverters, and battery management systems.
- Drive analysis of hardware safety metrics, including SPFM, LFM, and PMHF.
- Evaluate hardware architectures against safety goals and ASIL requirements.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and external assessors on functional safety topics.
- Contribute to process improvements and functional safety practices.
- Support project and quality management activities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of hardware development and automotive safety-critical systems.
- Strong practical knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety.
- Proven experience with FTA, FMEDA, and DFA, as well as safety architectures, diagnostic concepts, and safety mechanisms.
- Experience with semiconductor components, power electronics, microcontrollers, and hardware safety analysis.
- Familiarity with requirements management and safety tools such as Ansys Medini Analyze or APIS IQ-FMEA.
- Fluent spoken and excellent written English, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
