National Mission Critical Design Leader (Data Centers)

Location: Hybrid, with four days in the office and flexibility to work outside the office on Fridays, across locations in the United States. Exceptional applicants nationwide are encouraged. Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead design quality and innovation for mission-critical projects from concept through completion.
• Manage project document development and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality and schedule.
• Lead integrated teams delivering resilient, secure, high-performance solutions with appropriate redundancy and uptime.
• Mentor emerging design leaders and strengthen knowledge-sharing across studios and regions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and technical stakeholders, translating operational and security requirements into scalable designs.
• Partner with market-sector leadership and project managers on practice growth, scope, schedule, financial health, and strategic pursuits.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Architect or Project Engineer on data center, industrial, warehouse distribution, or office projects.
• 5+ years of experience working on data center buildings of 10+ MW.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer.
• Proficiency with Revit and CAD computer modeling and rendering software.
• Ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks and eligibility to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
