TL;DR
Senior Solutions Architect (Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, and Security): Designing secure, scalable client solutions for a growing managed services provider with an accent on technical discovery, architecture, documentation, and executive communication. Focus on defining technical standards, resolving complex escalations through root cause analysis, and evaluating automation and AI opportunities for service delivery.
Location: Brooklyn, New York (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Lead technical discovery and identify business and technical requirements during the sales process.
- Design secure, scalable client solutions and develop solution architectures, scopes of work, implementation plans, and technical proposals.
- Partner with Account Management on client-facing meetings, technical recommendations, and executive discussions.
- Define and continuously improve technical standards, reference architectures, vendor strategies, and technology best practices.
- Support Service Delivery with architectural guidance, documentation, onboarding oversight, and complex technical escalation support.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, automation, and AI opportunities to improve service delivery and develop new offerings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, consulting, or managed services.
- Hands-on expertise with M365, Azure, AD/Entra ID, networking, firewalls, security, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, and endpoint management.
- Proven success designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Experience handling technical escalations and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Brooklyn, New York.
Nice to have
- MSP or healthcare IT experience.
- Experience supporting distributed, multi-site environments.
- Microsoft, Azure, security, networking, or cloud certifications.
- Experience engaging with executive leadership.
- Familiarity with AI operations tools, n8n, Power Automate, or LLM-based workflow integration.
