Global IT Field Service Manager

What you will do

• Lead, hire, train, develop, and evaluate the IT field services team.
• Manage IT field services for active construction projects, remote jobsites, and regional offices.
• Ensure reliable delivery of on-site and remote support for endpoint devices, networking equipment, connectivity, and collaboration technologies.
• Establish standardized field-support processes, service levels, and escalation paths aligned with Global IT operations.
• Support temporary and permanent site setups, transitions, and closures with a focus on uptime, safety, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Construction Operations, Facilities, Security, and IT stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, three years of related or operational experience, or an equivalent combination.
• 7+ years of IT operations or field services experience, preferably in construction, utilities, manufacturing, or project-based environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading geographically distributed or field-based teams.
• Experience supporting remote and temporary sites with limited infrastructure.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types used and an acceptable driving record.
