Sr. Manager, Data Scientist, Marketing Analytics

Location: Remote role associated with RTX Memphis Headquarters, United States

Base pay: $135,700–$176,400 per year

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 data scientists.
• Oversee data science projects from ideation and prototyping through deployment, production monitoring, and quality review.
• Develop advanced marketing analytics models for attribution, customer lifetime value, segmentation, propensity, personalization, and media mix modeling.
• Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to measure marketing impact.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, IT, and Data Engineering to define analytics priorities and deliver business insights.
• Present complex analytical findings as actionable recommendations to marketing stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive data science experience, including 2–3 years leading or managing data scientists.
• Expert proficiency in Python and/or R, with strong SQL skills.
• Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, optimization algorithms, large-scale data processing, and production model deployment.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop and cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of statistical inference, experimental design, causal analysis, communication, and stakeholder influence.
