Manufacturing System Technician (Semiconductor Automation)

Location: Onsite in Fremont, California, United States; first shift

What you will do

• Perform manufacturing operations for parts, components, subassemblies, and final system assemblies.
• Work with engineers on equipment setup, calibration, experiments, and manufacturing-process improvements.
• Test and troubleshoot manufacturing processes, products, instruments, and equipment.
• Use specialized programs to collect and evaluate operating data and make online adjustments.
• Develop or support methods and procedures based on blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
• Prepare technical reports, recommend solutions, and provide guidance to other non-exempt personnel.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, with proficiency in programs used to collect and evaluate operating data.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
