What you will do

• Deliver Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Analyze and document workflows, monitor end-user processes, and provide optimization suggestions.
• Track and document project risks and issues while coordinating with project leadership.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Lead project status meetings and coordinate ongoing work products.

Requirements

• At least two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• At least one current Epic certification, including Clin Doc.
• Experience implementing Epic.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with different client teams, environments, workplace rules, and changing project arrangements.
• Professional approach with strong mentoring, ethical conduct, and commitment to deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic Connect or optimization projects.
• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Project management experience.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership assignments.
