Oracle Software Engineer III (Oracle eBS)

Location: Onsite in or near Pasadena, California, United States; this role is not remote.

What you will do

• Partner with enterprise system analysts and business stakeholders to review, refine, and document business requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses, map current- and future-state processes, and present actionable solution options.
• Recommend Oracle eBS configuration updates and support functional design development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and system changes.
• Support functional testing, user training, incident resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Document functional designs, workflows, approved enhancements, and provide bi-weekly functional status reports.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
• Must be located in or near Pasadena, California, and work onsite.
• At least five years of functional Oracle R12.2.X eBS experience.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing, projects, procurement/P2P, aerospace manufacturing, and real-time cost and inventory integration.
• Experience with ERP configuration, Auto Accounting, custom SLA rules, discrete manufacturing, Work in Progress, costing, variance analysis, and accounting-event troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform business analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder presentations, and functional issue resolution.

Nice to have

• Experience with Financial Management and Supply Chain Management modules.
