Order Management Product Owner (Oracle Fusion SCM)

What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Fusion Order Management and core Order to Cash modules.
• Lead the Order Management workstream through requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
• Run stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion standard processes, customizations, organizational structures, and a To-Be model.
• Define RICEF objects and collaborate with Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, technical teams, Oracle Fusion teams, and the SI vendor on functional and technical solutions.
• Configure application security roles, define testing scenarios, support QA and UAT, and create process flows and training documentation.
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and provide weekly status updates to Project Managers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Order Management modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Product Data Hub, Inventory, and Procurement modules.
• Experience across the full SDLC, including requirements, analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong stakeholder communication, business-process analysis, leadership, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in El Segundo, California, and manage teams across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAFe Agile practices and tools such as JIRA.
• Oracle Product Data Hub global design, configuration, and implementation experience.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with upstream and downstream systems, including warehouse management systems.
