Analog Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Define product specifications with product definition and marketing teams to create competitive IC solutions.
• Develop system architectures that optimize performance, power consumption, and die size.
• Specify requirements for individual IPs and define development plans with the project manager.
• Create analog and mixed-signal verification plans and ensure design quality through peer reviews and documentation.
• Collaborate on test development, product engineering, bench evaluation, and quality assurance.
• Mentor and develop team members.

Requirements

• Strong competence in common analog design practices and experience with precision analog circuitry.
• Experience designing power management and high-voltage circuits using BCD processes.
• Ability to develop system architectures and knowledge of analog circuit modeling and AMS simulations.
• Understanding of digital design flow, packaging, test engineering, quality assurance, and product engineering.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a global environment.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members while maintaining attention to both system-level goals and detailed implementation.
