Commercial Construction Project Manager (Advanced Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, milestones, logistics, and monthly owner reports.
• Develop pre-construction RFP packages and manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and subcontract change orders.
• Maintain safety documentation, quality control, contractual standards, and project processes.
• Coordinate with the project superintendent, site operations team, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal support teams.
• Supervise and coach assistant project managers, administrative support, MEP managers, and safety team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred, with additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including work with a commercial general contractor.
• Previous project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, and JD Edwards, or the ability to master project-specific software systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, prioritization, collaboration, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
