Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Assisted Living (Part Time - Night Shift)

What you will do

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, escorting, positioning, turning, and transfers.
• Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes in residents’ condition and report concerns to the supervising RN, LPN/LVN, or Director of Health & Wellness.
• Support medication reminders, skin care, nursing rehabilitation, and restorative nursing services.
• Contribute to resident assessments and care plans while following scheduled care needs.
• Protect resident rights, dignity, independence, confidentiality, and personal belongings while providing emotional and social support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 1 year of clinical or nursing experience, or equivalent related training.
• CNA licensure in accordance with applicable state requirements and regulations.
• Acceptable English proficiency required for job duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work safely as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate compassion and dedication.
