Junior Retail Designer

What you will do

• Support architectural drawings that translate H&M brand identity, design concepts, and commercial objectives into retail stores.
• Assist with architectural and interior design packages and construction documents under senior designer guidance.
• Prepare plans, sections, 3D models, visualizations, and other professional presentation materials.
• Help improve retail concepts, design guidelines, and project work processes.
• Maintain organized documentation and support project follow-up, handovers, and lessons learned.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders while incorporating feedback into design updates.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, and other CAD software for 2D/3D design.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail architecture or interior design, preferably focused on commercial space planning.
• Basic understanding of retail project stages and the ability to support multiple projects with guidance.
• Proactive, collaborative, and communicative approach with developing time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
