Sr. Software Product Manager (Hybrid - Oak Brook, IL)

Location: Hybrid in Oak Brook, Illinois, United States

Salary: $129,700–$226,900 per year, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop, communicate, and implement product portfolio visions and roadmaps aligned with business-unit strategy.
• Lead software product development from concept through commercialization, including customer research, requirements, marketing planning, value propositions, and financial tracking.
• Deliver user experiences across customer-, partner-, and dealer-facing products.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and sustain connected services and end-user experiences.
• Use consumer insights to define user-experience requirements, business cases, anticipated reach, and impact.
• Drive profitability, volume growth, market share, and full P&L objectives for the business unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or a product owner role.
• Strong IoT experience spanning hardware and software.
• Experience appropriate for supervising Software Product Managers.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Oak Brook, Illinois.
