IT Solution Architect - SAP (SAP)

Location: Hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office in East Berlin, Connecticut, or Westwood, Massachusetts; must be able to work up to five days in the office when required. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire and emergency restoration assignments may be required.

What you will do

• Design and implement SAP and enterprise technology architectures aligned with business needs and IT standards.
• Gather requirements, define solution visions, evaluate alternatives, and create implementation roadmaps.
• Assess current architecture and recommend improvements, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options.
• Communicate architecture decisions and complex technical topics to business and IT stakeholders.
• Guide development teams and collaborate with architects, engineers, and the PMO on solution delivery.
• Monitor solution development, costs, budgets, business impact, and emerging technology opportunities.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in IT management or information technology solutions architecture.
• At least one year of experience in SAP architecture; SAP S/4HANA or SAP RISE experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration, API architecture, and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

• AZ-900 certification.
• Technology Fundamentals for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite certification.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - Solution Architect for CX certification.
