Senior Counsel

Location: Hybrid role in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, United States; other listed locations include Ohio and Virginia.

Base compensation: $141,000–$245,000 per year.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements for engineering, architecture, consulting, and related services.
• Research and interpret federal and state laws, regulations, court decisions, and rulings.
• Advise corporate and operational stakeholders on compliance, legal risks, claims, transactions, and policies.
• Provide legal guidance and training to company personnel.
• Manage litigation and other legal matters handled by outside counsel.
• Support corporate documentation, insurance matters, risk management, and related legal activities.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of related in-house and/or law firm legal experience.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Membership in good standing with a state bar.
• Experience with contract drafting and litigation or claims handling.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, meeting facilitation, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
