What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable deposit, loan, and banking products.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, customers, colleagues, and partners.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail, business-to-business sales, or relevant military service.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Strong relationship-building, verbal and written communication, presentation, banking, and customer service skills.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking services and knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• One or more years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail, or business-to-business sales.
• Knowledge of investments, consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
