Senior Mixed-Signal Verification Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; onsite work required

What you will do

• Verify mixed-signal power chips, including PMICs and battery chargers, at chip level using advanced simulation tools and methodologies.
• Create and maintain analog circuit models using SystemVerilog and Verilog-AMS.
• Develop comprehensive verification and modeling plans for mixed-signal circuits and systems.
• Debug failing test cases, models, mixed-signal circuit issues, and simulation slowdowns.
• Collaborate with design, verification, and systems teams to integrate analog and digital components.
• Document verification plans and results and communicate with external customers about verification requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in mixed-signal verification, digital verification, modeling, power management, or related semiconductor development.
• Strong experience with mixed-signal circuit verification and modeling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional and customer collaboration.
• Ability to work onsite in Chandler, Arizona; remote work is not available.
