Senior Program & Process Manager, Apparel

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; 4 days per week in the Seattle offices

Salary: $117,244–$175,918 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic, cross-functional Apparel and Accessory programs from initiation through delivery.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, deliverables, dashboards, and status reporting.
• Coordinate Product Operations, Product Management, Development, Sourcing, Footwear, Marketing, and senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and blockers, developing mitigation strategies and supporting executive decisions.
• Lead governance forums, milestone reviews, decision meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior program managers and implement improved tools, workflows, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience in program, portfolio, or process management, ideally in product development or consulting.
• 4+ years of experience leading project teams.
• Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies, governance, portfolio planning, and the product development lifecycle.
• High proficiency with project and program management software such as Smartsheet, Monday, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP.
• Experience in Apparel or Footwear.
• Passion for running and participation in sports activities.
• International travel availability.
