Wholesale Planner (Retail)

What you will do

• Develop financial and product strategies for planned wholesale accounts across Jewelry, Footwear, and Ready-to-Wear.
• Manage monthly account-level open-to-buy activities and replenishment unit forecasts.
• Monitor door productivity to maximize sales and profitability.
• Analyze historical performance and planned strategies to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain tools and reports, and manage weekly and monthly POS reporting and analysis.
• Partner with Account Executives and the global planning team on planning and inventory management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Wholesale Planning or Retail Planning.
• Strong analytical, financial, business, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn technical applications quickly.
• Knowledge of retail math and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective relationship management, influencing, negotiation, organization, and time-management skills.
