Associate Merchandise Planner (Retail)

Location: Beverly Hills, California, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Support the Merchandise Planning Team with dashboards, sales forecasts, and new KPIs covering buy, sales, inventory, margin, retail price, wholesale price, and cost.
• Analyze weekly sales and margin performance to support decision-making and assortment and pricing improvements.
• Partner with buying, operational, and analytical teams on seasonal strategy and investment versus plan.
• Monitor sample evolution for financial planning purposes and identify potential risks and solutions.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses for the CMO and participate in business development projects.
• Build presentations that communicate financial information and business strategies clearly.

Requirements

• At least two years of planning experience in a retail or ecommerce environment.
• Experience managing an open-to-buy process.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Strong analytical thinking, numerical ability, and retail math skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• BA or BS in Business or Finance preferred, or equivalent work experience.
