Accounts Payable Representative I (SAP)

Location: Minneapolis - Corporate, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Pay range: $13.88–$34.75 per hour

What you will do

• Process vendor payments by check, credit card, and ACH.
• Enter purchase order and non-purchase order invoices, averaging 500–600 invoices per week.
• Research vendor inquiries and statements regarding invoice and credit payment status.
• Work with buyers to resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies.
• Support annual 1099 filing and provide assistance to vendors and employees.
• Manage incoming mail and perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of SAP accounts payable software.
• Basic computer skills, including 10-key, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
