Crop Insurance Intern (Finance)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin office; hybrid model with up to 50% work from home. The internship is full-time through summer 2027. The intern must provide personal housing and transportation; business-related transportation and expenses are covered.

Base pay: $19–$27 USD per hour, depending on year in school, experience, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions.

What you will do

• Work with the Crop Insurance team to process and service multi-peril crop insurance, crop hail, and other insurance policies.
• Develop working knowledge of crop insurance products.
• Enter data into AIP systems accurately and efficiently.
• Produce, assemble, and mail marketing materials to clients.
• Protect client confidentiality and the integrity of client data.

Requirements

• Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or a related field.
• Efficient, accurate, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Proficiency with multiple technologies and software, including Microsoft applications.
• Ability to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Effective oral and written communication skills for working with peers and the team leader.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
