Financial Services Associate, Business Banking

Location: On-site full-time in Toronto, ON, at Toronto-1400 Lawrence & Keele; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

Employment: Full time, regular, 37.5 hours per week.

What you will do

• Partner with Relationship Managers to support high-value business banking clients.
• Provide administrative and client support while identifying business growth opportunities.
• Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection to answer client questions.
• Prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules.
• Resolve client issues, improve team productivity, and contribute to a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection products.
• Strong client engagement, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to build respectful relationships, collaborate effectively, and take accountability for client issues.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
