Commercial Construction Project Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead commercial healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, milestones, logistics, and monthly owner reports.
• Develop pre-construction RFP packages and coordinate project meetings.
• Establish and manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and subcontract change orders.
• Ensure safety documentation, quality control, contractual standards, and efficient closeout processes.
• Supervise assistant operations staff and collaborate with superintendents, site teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred, though additional experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including work with a commercial general contractor.
• Previous project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings.
• Experience or ability to master Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, and JD Edwards.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, prioritization, collaboration, customer service, and team coaching skills.
