Automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Delivery Lead

Location: Chennai, India; hybrid attendance at an assigned hirify.global office for a minimum of two days per week

What you will do

• Lead a delivery pod executing intelligent automation, AI/ML, workflow automation, and pro-code application solutions.
• Translate approved business and solution designs into delivery plans, milestones, and implementation outcomes.
• Apply hands-on solution architecture experience to guide implementation decisions and ensure scalable, sustainable delivery.
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, and expected outcomes across operations, technology, analytics, design, and capability teams.
• Lead, mentor, and allocate resources across a multidisciplinary technical delivery team.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, compliance, risk, security, ethical AI, operational readiness, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, operations, transformation, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience leading technology-enabled transformation, automation, AI/ML, workflow, or application delivery initiatives, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams delivering enterprise-scale solutions that improve operational performance.
• Hands-on experience in solution architecture and technical delivery across intelligent automation, AI/ML-enabled solutions, workflow automation, and application development.
• Experience collaborating with process design, business operations, transformation, technology, data science, and capability teams from concept through delivery.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, delivery execution, governance, risk management, and compliance skills.
