Associate Enterprise Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Administer and support enterprise application integration components using IBM WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Message Broker, IIB, and ACE.
• Install, configure, upgrade, monitor, and troubleshoot MQ and IIB environments across Linux, UNIX, and Windows.
• Configure queue managers, queues, channels, message brokers, execution groups, security controls, SSL certificates, and high-availability environments.
• Deploy message flows and message sets across development, QA, staging, and production environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, patching, vulnerability remediation, audits, disaster recovery, and IBM PMR activities.
• Enable AI-assisted monitoring and compliance by integrating IIB logs, metrics, and alerts with intelligent platforms and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience with WebSphere MQ 7/8/9, IIB 10, and ACE 13.
• Knowledge of Linux, UNIX, Windows, shell scripting, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Splunk, Kibana, AWS, and Azure.
• Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, security vulnerabilities, audits, disaster recovery, MQ security, and SSL certificate management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new environments and technologies.
