IT Digital & Reporting Head (AI)

Location: Gurugram, India (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise digital technology roadmap across integration, reporting, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Design enterprise integration architecture for ERP, HR, Commercial, CRM, web, and data platforms using standardized APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
• Develop reporting strategies, KPI frameworks, data governance, data quality processes, self-service analytics, and real-time reporting capabilities.
• Identify and deploy AI and machine learning use cases, establish responsible AI governance, and lead RPA programs.
• Deliver global digital platforms and transformation programs while managing scope, resources, timelines, risks, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee operational support, service performance, user adoption, continuous improvement, cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and GxP requirements where applicable.

Requirements

• Proven success leading enterprise digital transformation, integration, reporting, AI, and automation initiatives in large, complex global organizations.
• Strong experience with enterprise applications, ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, analytics platforms, data lakes, modern analytics architectures, and cloud technologies.
• Experience taking AI, machine learning, and automation initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills, including global prioritization and external technology partner management.
• Excellent executive-level stakeholder management, communication, influencing, business acumen, and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
