Associate Manager Infrastructure Architecture (AI/Platform Engineering): Designing scalable enterprise platforms and full-stack applications with an accent on AI/ML systems, cloud-native architecture, and distributed systems. Focus on building RAG pipelines and agentic AI platforms, defining integration and CI/CD strategies, and optimizing scalability, performance, security, and governance.

What you will do
- Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps, standards, and governance.
- Design scalable, resilient, high-performance enterprise platforms and full-stack applications.
- Lead AI/ML, agentic AI, RAG pipeline, vector database, and data-system architecture.
- Define enterprise integration patterns and drive CI/CD, DevOps, and automation strategies.
- Optimize system sizing, scalability, load balancing, performance, observability, and reliability.
- Mentor engineering teams, review technical designs, and collaborate with stakeholders on solution architecture.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience, including at least 8 years in infrastructure architecture; 6+ years of software development and 5+ years in architecture or senior technical leadership.
- Strong Python and backend systems experience, with full-stack development expertise using React or a similar technology.
- Deep knowledge of system design, distributed architecture, microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, agentic AI, RAG, LLMs, vector databases, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub, JIRA, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, logging, security, compliance, and governance.
- Work location is Bangalore, India, with hybrid, onsite, or remote arrangements stated in the posting.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as ITSM or automation tools.
- Knowledge of AI governance, guardrails, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with cost optimization for cloud and AI workloads.
