Base salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze data to help design and structure liability-driven investment solutions, including growth and hedging portfolios.
• Develop derivatives hedging solutions and assist with asset-liability models for real-life hedging strategies.
• Prepare quarterly client data and performance reports supporting client onboarding and business growth.
• Build and maintain full-stack software solutions, including the hirify.global360 Institutional Solutions Portal.
• Maintain automated data pipelines for the corporate defined benefit pension LDI tracker.
• Support client retention, strategy materials, and analysis of cost-effective derivatives-based solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science required.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Full-stack software development capabilities, particularly strong frontend skills.
• Ability to understand client goals and translate investment terminology into layman’s terms.
• Ability to work effectively in a specialized group within an asset management organization.
• Errors in judgment may directly affect clients, revenue, and reputation; the role has no direct or indirect reports.

• STEM Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience giving presentations.
