Associate, Data Management & Analytics Professional

Location: New York, New York, US; hybrid work model with in-office and work-from-home flexibility dependhirify.global on the business area.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 base salary annually; eligible for a discretionary bonus program.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end compliant data delivery by embeddhirify.global governance, quality, lineage, protection, reporthirify.global, and control requirements into data solutions.
• Support adoption of data platforms and tools includhirify.global VISTA, Collibra, SODA, and other governance and analytics capabilities.
• Use analytics and automation to identify trends, control gaps, data-quality issues, and process-improvement opportunities.
• Build progress monitorhirify.global through metrics, dashboards, heatmaps, risk indicators, and management reporthirify.global.
• Maintain documentation for audit readiness, includhirify.global requirements, decisions, controls, evidence, risks, issues, and remediation activities.
• Advise the Data Community on compliance by design and support presentations, trainhirify.global materials, and knowledge-sharhirify.global sessions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in data transformation, program delivery, change execution, or regulatory-driven initiatives within financial services.
• Strong understandhirify.global of data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, controls, auditability, and compliant data delivery across the data lifecycle.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate business and control requirements into scalable, practical, and measurable solutions.
• Experience workhirify.global independently with minimum supervision, includhirify.global identifyhirify.global, managhirify.global, and controllhirify.global project-related changes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, drive initiatives, and work across complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, problem-solvhirify.global, analytical, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts, coordinate stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and formulate plans or policies.

Nice to have
