Vehicle Inventory Rep & Auditor (Automotive)

Location: Durham, NC, United States; recurring travel to assigned dealerships and automotive repair facilities, including up to 50 miles for scheduled audit work.

Compensation: $400 per month target, with potential for additional earnings, mileage reimbursement, and new hire incentives. This is a piece-rate role based on completed inventories and audits.

What you will do

• Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities according to OEM and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct monthly vehicle inventories at dealerships by assigned deadlines.
• Travel to dealerships and record VINs, equipment configuration, pricing, mileage, and other vehicle information.
• Perform visual inspections and accurately document vehicle and audit data.
• Submit timely, accurate information supporting audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
• Work independently while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 50 miles for scheduled audit work.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi internet access for submitting data.
• Availability during daytime weekday business hours for recurring monthly inventory and scheduled audits; ability to use tablet-based applications.
