Business Operations Associate - Part Time (Automotive)

Location: Federal Heights, Colorado, United States; onsite at 2600 W 104th Ave

Hourly rate: $16.00–$25.60 per hour

What you will do

• Provide customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and guiding them through paperwork.
• Process and audit retail and wholesale sales documentation, including deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV forms.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions, including titles, payoffs, and funding documentation.
• Receive payments, prepare deposits, and follow cash-security procedures.
• Train new associates, support multiple departments, and help balance overflow traffic.
• Perform filing, data entry, reconciliation, and environmental, health, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Accurately read, interpret, and record data for compliance and reporting.
• Strong organization, multitasking, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data-entry systems, and intermediate PC use.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
