Senior Design Specialist

Annual salary: $103,000–$150,000, depending on geographic location, experience, and skills.

hirify.global is a law firm with a Marketing and Client Development team supporting the firm’s global visual identity and creative communications.

What you will do

• Lead design projects from concept through final delivery and oversee all visual elements.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, assets, stakeholder reviews, and feedback cycles.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop, review, and refine design concepts.
• Maintain and expand design systems, including style guides, UI kits, and typography standards.
• Ensure creative outputs are user-friendly, technically sound, modern, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Use AI and emerging creative technologies to support design workflows and the firm’s visual identity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of directly applicable experience in visual branding, design, advertising, or creative marketing.
• Working knowledge of UI/UX design and modular design techniques.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML/CSS, or similar creative technologies.
• Proficiency with workflow technologies such as Workfront.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, judgment, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, work extended or weekend hours when required, and travel when required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior legal industry or professional services experience.
