Senior Creative Designer (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, USA; in-office culture

Base salary: $160,000–$190,000 per year plus $50,000–$60,000 in equity

hirify.global is building an AI-native ERP that automates accounting for finance teams and provides a modern system of record for businesses.

What you will do

• Define how hirify.global is represented across brand, marketing, and customer-facing experiences.
• Lead the design of the website, landing pages, feature pages, and campaign moments with a focus on hierarchy, craft, and conversion.
• Develop creative for CFO dinners, conference booths, sponsored activations, and other event experiences.
• Build scalable brand infrastructure, including presentation masters, social frameworks, email layouts, and print templates.
• Partner with product marketing, marketing, and sales to translate positioning into visual storytelling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of design experience in-house at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, a top-tier agency, or both.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong work across brand identity, web, print, and event or environmental design.
• Experience building and evolving brand systems and living identities.
• Ability to work strategically and execute assets without compromising quality.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• High agency, strong work ethic, and confidence defending creative decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Webflow.
• Experience in both in-house and agency environments.
